Project name:Designing Gender, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) policy for a leading social sector client which has global presence. Also, mainstream with the policy with existing policies.

About Program:

This project was an engagement with a client of Gender at Work. The project included understanding the current landscape vis-a-vis the D&I practices in the organisation, designing a policy, bring in industry best practices and most importantly share a document and approach to operationalise it. As a part of the project, we conducted stakeholder interview of the President and CEO, met Business Unit heads and spent time reviewing all existing policies. There was secondary research conducted to bring together industry best practices.
